Solid Green:

Do not enter the intersection if you cannot get completely across before the light turns red. If you block the intercetion, you can be cited (ticketed).

You must follow the sign's insturction. This sign means you are going against traffic. Drive over to the side of the road and stop. When safe back out or turn around and return to the rad you were on. At night if you are going the wrong way, the road reflectors will shine red in your headlights.
