Actions or attitudes that obstruct the objectives of the group do not constitute leadership. Leadership is more than holding an office, it is a responsibility. |

When a committed Cell Member wins and retains 5 Souls in his Cell. When that Bible Study Group grows to a minimum of 15 Consistent members, it becomes a Cell. |

When it has a Minimum of 25 Consistent Members. The Cell Leader of the newly formed Cell is the Leader of the largest Bible Study Group in the Mother Cell. |

Definition
...a Mother Cell has given birth to at least 3 additional Cells of a minimum of 25 Consistent Members in each Cell. This means a Senior Cell Group is made up of at least 4 Cells, has a Membership Strength of 100 Members and the Leader is the Senior Cell Leader (who is the Cell Leader of the Mother Cell Leader). Note that the Senior Cell Leader still leads a Cell while coordinating / monitoring the activities of the other Cells under him/her. |

The PCF comprises of 4 Senior Cell Groups of a minimum of 4 Cells in each Senior Cell Group. This means a PCF consists of a Minimum of 16 Cells with a total Membership Strength of 400 Members. The PCF is headed by the PCF Leader. |
