1. you have the right to not incriminate yourself

3.  the government cannot charge you with the same crime twice

4. a grand jury has to decide there is enough evidence against you before you can be charged

5. the government cannot seize your property without paying a fair price

1. right to fair, speedy, and public trial

2. you have a right to be judged by a jury of your peers

3. you have the right to know what you are accused of

4. you have the right to face your accuser

5. you have the right to a lawyer
