4. Use the remaining fields to enter as much information as known.
5. Click "Search MSN" to search using the Marine Safety Network for results.

6. "Search MMLD"can also be used to search using the Merchant Maritime License Database because many times the info is there but hasn't been imported to MSN.
7. Click on the appropriate individual then click MSN Details to view all of the person’s information.
