Toxicity: nausea/vomiting --> seizure --> coma/renal failure
Contra: decreased renal function hyponatremia (causes li resorb) diuretcs PREGNANT OR NURSING
Adverse: 1. weight gain 2. hypothyroid via TSH-R 3. Hyperthyroid via Ca2 4. Polyuria via ADH ineffect aqua2 |
