Recurrent:
- Presence of 2 or more Major Depressive episodes
- Note: to be considered separate episodes, there must be a 2 consecutive mth interval in which criteria are not met for a Major Depressive episode
Symptoms:

markedly reduced interest in all or most activities during the day
