The arb is designed to help students solve problems that may prevent successful completion of training, determine which students are able or unable to complete training, and to make recomendations concerning their findings. Once it is decided that a student will go to ARB, a chairperson, recorder, and a certified instructor in the area that the student is having trouble will conduct the ARB. Prior to the ARB all applicable material will be reviewed (counselings, test scores, progress check scores, record) Once the cause of the problem is determined the board and the student will work together to develop a plan for sucess. |
